Our take
I bought this Cuisinart Pro Custom 11 to upgrade my old processor. The 11-cup bowl is generous for family meals, and the 2 speeds are sufficient for most tasks. The 3 blades handle chopping, slicing, and shredding well. Cleanup is easy since parts are dishwasher safe. My only gripe is the plastic construction feels a bit light, but it's sturdy enough. At $190, it's a solid mid-range choice for home cooks.
