Our take
I picked up this used KitchenAid KFP590 as a replacement for my old unit. It's a solid full-size processor with an 11-cup bowl that handles dough, nuts, and vegetables well. The single speed with pulse gives decent control for chopping and slicing. I appreciate the large feeding tube and non-slip feet. However, being used, I had to check all parts were included; mine came with the blade, shredder, and slicer. It's a bit noisy and the plastic bowl feels less premium than newer models, but for the price it's a capable workhorse.
